Losing Belly Fat: How to Get a Flat Stomach in a Month

More and more people are starting to be aware of the health risks of being overweight. This is causing them to want to lose this excess weight. A lot of the time, when losing weight, people have to most trouble getting a flat stomach. It seems that no matter how hard they try they cannot get rid of this fat. Well, no need to worry. I have gathered together a few tips to teach you how to get a flat stomach in a month. These tips are easy to follow and will put you on the right track to a flat stomach instantly.

A great way to get a flat stomach in a month is to use aerobic exercise. You may think that in order to lose weight in the stomach area you need to do sit-ups and crunches. In reality, these actually just build you abdominal muscles and don’t really help you lose belly fat. Running, jogging, and walking are great for losing fat, not only in your stomach area, but your entire body. Running for about 30 minutes each day is the perfect amount of exercise to lose weight. If you can’t run for 30 minutes at a time you should work up to it. Start by walking 30 minutes, and then jog for about 15 minutes and walk 15 minutes, then run for the entire 30 minutes. It could take a few weeks to get into good enough shape to run the entire time.

Along with the aerobic exercises, you should do some resistance training.Combining different resistant exercises with aerobic exercises is proven to be the best way to lose stomach fat in a month. All you have to do is go to the gym and use the free weights. If you have enough money you can buy a couple of dumbbells to use in the comfort of your own home. You could also get your hands on some resistance bands. I love them because they are cheap and will definitely give you a run for your money.

Probably one of the most important things when getting a flat stomach in a month is to reduce the amount of calories you take in per day. You will not lose any sort of body fat if you continue to eat the amount of calories you do now. The best and fastest way to go about losing belly fat is to intake 500 calories less than what you normally would. It is not recommended to go below 500 due to the health risks, and never consume less than 1,100 calories a day.

To lose stomach fat you will need to replace any refined grains with whole grains. The reason for this is because whole grains change the glucose and insulin release in your body causing you to lose fat faster. There have been tons of studies that have proven that eating whole grains are better than eating refined grains when trying to lose weight. Remember, you will need at least 5 servings of whole grains a day as recommended by that food pyramid thing that everyone knows about, but doesn’t follow.

You don’t have to completely cut fats out of your diet; you just need to eat the good fats. Fats that come from nuts, seeds, avocados, and chocolate all help to prevent the accumulation of fat in the belly area. Try to avoid saturated and Trans fats at all costs. These fats will definitely prevent you from losing belly fat because they seem to accumulate mostly in the abdominal region.

Try to include a bit more fiber in your diet. The best foods to get soluble fiber are cherries, oats, and apples. The best part about each of those foods is they can easily be eaten for a snack in replace of junk food. Make sure you keep the skins on though! That is where all the fiber is located. When introducing fiber into your diet slowly work your way up because the bacteria in your body need to get used to the newly added fiber.
