Losing Arm Fat: How to Lose Arm Fat Fast

If you are sick of flabby arms, and are starting to feel self-conscious about your arms, you need to learn how to lose arm fat. Of course, the best way to lose arm fat is just to try and lose weight altogether, however if you are looking just to get rid of flabby arms, you can easily do this with a couple of tips.

You need to change up your eating habits. You want to have at least one item from each of these four food groups: protein, carbs, fat, and vegetables. You will want to make sure that the protein and fat foods are low in saturated fat because it will drive the carbs to turn into fat in the arms. Try not to eat so much fruit because that will not help you as much as the other groups will.

As soon as you have completed the last arm exercise, eat some sort of liquid meal. During and after a workout, glut-4 transporters flow towards the surface of the muscle cells, allowing more nutrients to get in. You eat a liquid meal afterwards because during this small amount of time when the glut-4 transmitters are at the surface of the muscle cells, is a great time to get nutrients to them and liquid is digested quickly. Solids take way too long to digest and the transporters will go away after 20 minutes.

Once you are used to the diet explained before, you need to control the amount of carbs you take in. It’s actually pretty simple. On days that you work out your arms increase the carbs, and on the days you don’t work out decrease the carb intake. Pretty simple, huh?

Workout all the muscles in your arms. When women usually workout they only hit two muscles. There are actually 5 major muscles in the arms, and you need to work out all of them to get rid of arm fat.

On top of getting all five muscles in a workout you need to get all 3 “muscle fibers” in your arm. Each reacts to a different size of weight. To hit them all you need to work out with light, medium, and heavy weights. If you don’t do this right you may never see results when learning how to lose arm fat.

Try not to do the same workout more for more than two weeks. If you keep up the same workout your body will adapt to what you’ve been doing and you will stop seeing the results. This is why you need to change up the workouts after two weeks; to keep your body on its toes.

After you have gotten used to working out your arms you will need to increase the intensity with superset workouts. Superset workouts are workouts in which you hop from one exercise to another without taking any breaks in between. This helps in toning your arms.
